Intuit TurboTax
Associate Creative Director, Copy
February 2024 – Present

  • Creative lead for major integrated initiatives including TurboTax go-to-market toolkit, national offers campaign, in-store photoshoot, OOH campaign for TurboTax stores and Intuit Dome marketing, overseeing concept through execution across digital, social, and video.

  • Developed a comprehensive brand persona and go-to-market toolkit, aligning internal teams and agency partners behind a unified voice, visual identity, and motion system.

  • Partnered with and guided digital and above-the-line agencies, providing strategic feedback and ensuring brand consistency across all creative output.

  • Led end-to-end photo production, from concept to shoot direction, collaborating with production crew, photographer, set designer, wardrobe, and executives to realize vision and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Creative lead of Spring, TurboTax’s first internal creative agency. Shaped culture, creative standards, and first creative-driven GTM framework.

  • Helped drive a 125% year-over-year traffic increase during the first tax season post-launch.

  • Mentored writers and designers, fostering collaboration and growth across the in-house team.

  • Directed cross-functional teams across Verizon Media and Yahoo, leading writers, designers, and producers on integrated campaigns spanning digital, video, social, and experiential.

  • Launched a national campaign for the umbrella Yahoo brand. After 6 years of double digit declines, we bumped consideration up by 3%. 

  • Evolved Yahoo Mail with a $7MM multi-channel launch campaign that achieved +17% ROI and 3.7% lift in brand awareness, driving 1.3M new installs.

  • Spearheaded the Yahoo rebrand initiative, refreshing a 25-year-old brand through a new identity system, brand committee, and company-wide brand education program.

  • Partnered with leadership and product marketing to ensure creative solutions aligned with business objectives and user insights.

  • Championed diversity, accessibility, and allyship initiatives, earning multiple industry recognitions for social impact.

  • Mentored junior writers and elevated creative craft standards across the team.
